Hi Guys! Do you know that there is a Consumer Welfare Center at SM City Cebu? It is loacted at the 2nd level, near LTO Extension Office and Ruiz Derma. Office hours is from 1 – 5 PM Monday to Friday.You might want to check it out sometime…

What do you think of the proposed mandatory SIM card registration?
What is its effect on our privacy?
Its main purpose is to identify criminals and therefore protect society. Would the Pros outweigh the Cons?
As “consumers” of the telecommunication services, would you support or go against this proposal?

We have been waiting and paying for too long…the Supreme Court’s inaction for 8 years has prevented NTC from regulating cellphone rates…. with the telecom giants earning at our expense
